Yamaha PSS-140 E-stim Keyboard
By removing the speaker and replacing it with transformers, any vintage toy keyboard may be transformed into an e-stim toy.   They will still function in their original way if you connect headphones or an external speaker, but will function similar to a TENS unit otherwise.   Each time the keys are pressed, or a rhythm is played, etc. physical sensations will be felt.
The Yamaha PSS-140 is the most powerful vintage keyboard I've turned into an e-stim device.
It takes 6 AA batteries (8 are included) and features 100 voices, which become 100 different sensations when applied to someone's body.
Rudimentary instructions will be included.   Also included is one vaginal/anal insertable, a 3.5mm-->2.5mm adapter to use the insertable, a 3.5mm lead wire, and two TENS pads.   Accessories pictured below
While I have 3 of these ready to ship, the one pictured currently is the cleanest and in the best shape I've seen.
Here's the legendary Casio SK-1... electrified.
I call this keyboard "legendary" because people love to modify these via "circuit bending."   They're getting more expensive, and while they possess a respectable amount of power, they are not as strong as the Yamaha PSS-140.
This is the last Casio SK-1 I plan on buying/modifying for sale, so if you're interested I suggest buying it now.
The sampling feature (less than 2 seconds sampling) still works.   An interesting feature of this keyboard is the ability to record notes played, so you may record your e-stim "patterns" and play them back.
The Casio SK-1 takes 5 AA batteries (8 included).
It comes with instructions and the same accessories (vaginal/anal insertable, a 3.5mm-->2.5mm adapter to use the insertable, a 3.5mm lead wire, and two TENS pads) pictured above.
